Day 175 Grapefruits

I have heard that grapefruites have many health benefits. We bought a large bag of grapfruits and plan to eat one per day. This can be broken down to 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. I've heard it lowers the "bad" cholesterol, helps with regulating hunger, keeps you lean and so much more.

Breakfast: 2 corn tortillas with one boiled egg and mixed greens, green tea
Snack: small orange
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, Greek plain yogurt with pineapple
Snack: apple
Dinner: broccoli, 1/2 salmon, quinoa topped with kale, salad with tomatoes and topped with carrots and asparagus and a little fetta cheese.
Snack: 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk
