Day 168 Does Lack of Sleep Cause Weight Gain?

Exercise: None yet.  : (

So tired after being on vacation for 10 days. Can't complain about vacation thought! Got only about 5.5 hours sleep last night. Lack of sleep makes you gain weight! Looking forward to getting back on a routine with sleeping, eating, and exercising.

Lack of Sleep information.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with one slice of bread, green tea
Snack: apple slices, water
Lunch: extra lean meat patty, quinoa, beans, broccoli, water
Snack: 1/2 can of vegetable soup, plain Greek yogurt with organic strawberries
Dinner: sweet potato, salmon, mixed veggies, water, some corn chips
