Day 153: Flatten Your Tummy VIDEO

Exercise: Jogged/Walked at Memorial Park early this morning. It was a nippy 48 degrees, but warmed up quickly. Hadn't tried to run in so long. Didn't do very well. Felt some interesting pain throughout my knee and shin bone area. Later during the day, had trouble walking due to the pain. Getting better now, but still hurts to walk and I don't see running in the near future. Guess it is back to Spin class and maybe the elliptical again. When will I get around to doing weights again? The hardest part is just starting! Once you start, you don't want to stop.

Breakfast: boiled egg only... out the door to jog. Missed my green tea.
Snack: apple
Lunch: None...got caught up in the open house trying to rent our townhome.
Dinner: Starving! 1/2 salmon, broccoli, salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, fetta cheese, olive oil. Appatizer: few small dumplings with chicken and cilantro. Yum.
Dessert: thinking of having some Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries soon.
