Exercise: Just getting home at 7pm today and hungry. No time for working out.  : (

Breakfast: one corn tortilla and one egg with mixed greens. Green tea.
Snack: Ran out of apples. So...I was hungry and gave in to a handful of our librarians M&Ms and 2 bite size milky way candies from our secretary.
Lunch: quinoa, chicken with spices, green beans, plain Greek yogurt with blueberries.
Snack: peanut butter sandwich on round whole grain breads.
Dinner: Salad with chicken, tomatoes, fetta cheese, red potatoes, water
Snack: small orange
Lots of water today!
