At a meeting all day again. Sitting adjacent to the cookie and chips table! Ug. Had 2 small cookie treats.
Breakfast: egg sandwich in whole grain breads
Snack: Apple and 2 small cookies
Lunch: peanut butter sandwhich, soymilk with no sugar cocoa, small orange
Dinner: Mix of things in the fridge....beans, quinoa, corn, broccoli (out of meats tonight). Water
