Snack: part of an apple, and a sugar cookie someone gave me.
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, 100 calorie popcorn from work (not much of a popcorn fan), frozen blueberries in plain Greek yogurt, raspberry hot tea.
Snack: small orange, 4 strawberries, walnuts
Dinner: Salad
