Day 171:

Exercise: Spin Class

Breakfast: boiled egg sandwich on multi-grain bread, green tea, spoonful of yogurt.
Snack: apple slices, water
Lunch: Ignored all coherant thoughts and make a Whataburger run!! Whataburger Jr. with cheese and small fries. Even a Dr. Pepper.
Snack: about 1/2 cup of chicken, rest of apple slices, water
Dinner: Lentil soup with veggies, then went to Cafe Express and had a chocolate dessert, salad later at home.
Left: banana bread muffin with tons of sugar on top (Vince at that).
Right: chocolate cupcake with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate candy on top. (Yours truly ate that one)
