Day 172

Exercise: Very little. Ran in our neighborhood for about 15 minutes.

Breakfast: boiled egg in corn tortilla with mixed greens, green tea
Snack: apple slices
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, yogurt, chocolate brownie during a meeting. Rats!
Lunch part II: Stopped at Mcdonald's drive thru on the way to a meeting! Small chicken sandwich and yes....small fries!
Dinner: can't remember what I had last night
