Day 310

Exercise: None today. Resting on purpose.  

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, green tea
Snack: few raw unsalted almonds, some organic red grapes
Lunch: salmon patty, broccoli, red potatoes, pineapple, water
Snack: vanilla soymilk (from work) with unsweetened cocoa
Dinner: tuna on lettuce and tomatoes, grilled cheese sandwhich with butter on the bread.
Snack: fish in a corn tortilla taco.
