Exercise: weights at home

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, green tea
                 Snack: apple, 1 carrot, water
                 Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, cottage cheese, water
                 Snack: spicy dried peas
                 Dinner: yams, chicken with spices, bok choy and broccoli
