Day 337

Exercise: Spin bike for 30 minutes. Great fun!  Weights at the gym for 30 minutes.

Lunch: veggies, sweet potatoes,
salmon, water


Great salad

Breakfast: boiled egg, frozen blueberries, green tea
Snack: apple slices, almonds, carrot
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, orange
Snack: 2 hershey kisses bite size candies.  RATS!
Dinner: salmon, sweet potatoes, broccoli, greenbeans, a fabulous salad
