Tried some new things to eat today.
Breakfast: Wheat English muffin, low fat cottage cheese, turkey bacon, frozen blueberries, green tea. Yum! |
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich and Greek plain yogurt, water
Afternoon Snack: 1 carrot
Bought something new yesterday...Bok Choy. Used it in our dinner chicken tacos tonight. Check out the Bok Choy Nutrition Facts.

plain Greek yogurt and goat cheese instead of whatever cheese
it called for. (except I forgot the goat cheese today). Instead of lentils
we used a mixture of other small beans.
