Day 342 New Recipe and New Foods

Exercise: None. Still feeling a bit under the weather and resting.

Tried some new things to eat today.

Breakfast: Wheat English muffin, low
fat cottage cheese, turkey bacon, frozen
blueberries, green tea. Yum!



Dinner: Chopped red onion, green onion, tomatoes, orange and yellow
bell peppers, 1/2 can of corn. Spices: parsley, salt, pepper,
garlic salt (should have added crumbled feta cheese),
Added a bean mixture as well. 
 Morning Snacks: apple, few raw unsalted almonds
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich and Greek plain yogurt, water
Afternoon Snack: 1 carrot
Bought something new yesterday...Bok Choy. Used it in our dinner chicken tacos tonight. Check out the Bok Choy Nutrition Facts.

Wrap Recipe
To the right you see the recipe. Instead of mayonaise we used
plain Greek yogurt and goat cheese instead of whatever cheese
it called for. (except I forgot the goat cheese today). Instead of lentils
we used a mixture of other small beans.
