Day 248

Exercise: None

Got home late today. Cleaned like a crazy person until 8pm because my little sister will be here as soon as I get out of a work conference tomorrow. Ran to the grocery store late this evening. Want to purchase some healthy items for us to eat, but not sure if she will like them. Hope so.

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, green tea
Lunch: subway sandwich with turkey meat, spinach leaves, olives, tomato, banana peppers, cucumbers, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, water, vanilla yogurt with some berries and crunch granola on top.
Dinner: peanut butter sandwich, water
Late snack: Cherrios cereal in REGULAR 1/2 skim milk (got if for my sister). Need to get more soy milk tomorrow.
