Day 242 Last Day For Teachers

Today was the last day for the teachers. So many teachers had to switch rooms for next year, which is a bit unusual at our school. Changes in student numbers was the main reason. The teachers were so exhausted having to move all their furniture and boxes full of years and years of classroom equipment and materials. I'm sure they burned 1000s of calories. We are an "outdoor" school meaning there are breezways outside of the classrooms. We don't have interior hallways. So teacher were moving their items in 95 degree weather. I was frantically trying to finish some work for the summer school teachers so they would have flipcharts to teach from and worked into the night. Due to that fact I ate on the run. Picked up a Subway sandwich around 5pm to tide me over and then went back to work. Not the best times for eating healthy. I figure Subway is one of the better choices.

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/2 oatmeal, green tea
Snack: none
Lunch: Chick Fil A sandwich with pickles, bag of Fritos chips, water, and raspberry drink all provided by the school.
Dinner: Subway sandwich: 6 inch wheat bread, turkey and roast beef, lettuce, spinach leaves, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, olives, pepperjack cheese, bacon, salt pepper, oil and vinegar, ROOT BEER soda. Reminded me of childhood. Forgot how super sweet is was.
Late Night Snack: giant strawberry. (too tired to be hungry).
