Day 211: Made Up Salmon Taco Recipe

Exercise: Going to workout at home once my dinner settles.

Threw colorful veggies together. Threw them over grilled salmon and wrapped them in a corn tortilla.
De-Lish!
My recipe: Saute zucchini wedges, mushrooms and orange bell pepper slices in oil. Put garlic salt and pepper. Set aside. In pan on stove, cook salmon with a dash of salt for 18 minutes on low heat.
Put all together in a corn tortilla. Vince added a bit of salsa. Might want to throw on a little fetta cheese too.

Also made up a recipe for tomorrow's lunch.
Baked a frozen cheese pizza in the oven. Poured on the same sauted veggies. Not the healthiest with the pizza dough and cheese, but I won't have time to cook tomorrow so the pizza may be dinner as well.

Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 2 scrambled eggs, green tea
Snack: apple slices.
STOP! Had major stomach issues as soon as I ate the apple! Was driving trying to locate another school. Crazy! Was ill for next few hours, but better now. Strange. Was it the apple??
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich only, water
Dinner: salmon tacos, water
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit.
