Day 219: Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Exercise: Walked 3 miles at Memorial Park. (side of knee still bothering me, but getting a lot better).

This week is teacher appreciation week. Lot of goodies for our teachers to enjoy. Yesterday, Hungry's Restaurant provided a wonderful assortment of sandwiches and dessert. Check out the spread:


Delicious sandwiches


Passed these up! Yipee!
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg with 1/2 egg yolk, 1/4 oatmeal with only water (out of soymilk), green tea, pear.
Early lunch: 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich w/some kind of spread, lettuce tomato, orzo pasta, cookie, water
Snack: apple
Late lunch: grazed the table again....small 1/2 wrap with ham and slice of bacon in middle. Yikes! water
Snack: unsweetened cocoa in soymilk (hot chocolate)
3 mile walk at park
Dinner: pasta with veggies, water
