Day 218 Video Of SPIN Class

Exercise: Yaahoooo! Made it to spin class today! Burned 664 calories in 50 minutes!

Hope the video motivates people to find a Spin Class! You will LOVE it!


The Spin bikes are so much better than regular bikes!

Love the large windows even if the view is interstate 10.

Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 boiled egg w/1/2 egg yolk, green tea
Snack: Mexican bean dip with sour cream, olives, guacamole with corn chips! Treat at work.
Lunch: 1/2 salmon, 1/2 sweet potato, greenbeans, 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
Snack After Work: ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato and a little mayo, water
SPIN Class
Dinner: pasta with lima beans, greenbeans, peppers, watercress, mushrooms, cabbage, water, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack: 1/2 butter sandwich! (Saw a commercial for butter and had to have some!)
