Day 224 Making Ice-Cream FUN!

Okay...ice-cream surely isn't healthy, but I had to show this tid-bit of fun I experienced today! Kindergarteners making ice-cream. I'll have to get the directions/ingredients for you tomorrow.

Sappy Alert! Here it goes. Maybe you are struggling with your weight. Maybe you want to eat better, but feel you have no time with your busy schedule and end up eating out all the time. Maybe you want to work out, but just aren't quite motivated to yet. I know all those feelings! It is a decision only YOU can make. Think of it this way...Fact, you are going to age. Time WILL pass. Do you want to be in the same place next year and the year after and so on? Time will pass so you might as well decide to do it now. Picture yourself at Christmas dinner or next summer trying to fit into those shorts. How about you fit into those shorts and listen to everyone say how great you look during the holidays? You can do it. Make the decision today! Now is the time! Here is a photo of hope for you. I LOVE rainbows. They bring me peace and hope of a prosperous future. Saw this on the way home this evening and in front of our home.

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, green tea
Snack: apple slices
Lunch: left overs: quinoa, chicken wontons, peppers, lettuce, sun dried tomatoes. (hungry soon after)
Snack: small brownie. RATS! 100 calories for nothing.
After work snack: Cookie from my Principal. RATS! More unnecessary calories.
Even later snack: Yes, really! Peanut butter sandwich
Late Dinner: Too late! Giant salad with chicken, wontons, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, water
Late dinner. Trying to not eat so late, but no luck today.
Meeting after work and then a hair appointment.


I'm apparently obsessed with these chicken wontons!
