Day 221 Quesadillas (Don't Eat Them!)

Exercise: None on this Friday evening. Vegged out.

Ever eat quesadillas? Melted cheese oozing around chicken or beef all in a flour tortilla. Lots of saturated fat and cooked in grease at restaurants. Obviously not a healthy choice. Went to lunch with several teachers today. If you know anything about Texas education, you know teachers get a 30 minute lunch. By the time the students are taken to the cafeteria, lined up and by the time techers warm up their lunches while waiting in line for the mircrowave and waiting in line for the restroom, I'd say they have 15 minutes left to sit down and eat. So eating out on a Friday during lunch time is extremely unusual. This Friday I happened to be working at a middle school campus with several teachers and were given a long lunch time! We chose to eat at El Rey Mexican Restaurant. I had never been there. It reminded me of a "fast food" Mexican restaurant. Very cheap prices, quick service and tastey fattening food. Yikes, but Yum at the same time. No healthy choices there so I had the $5.99 plate of quesadillas and water. Not proud.
