Day 220: Bagels Nutrition Facts

Exercise: SPIN class this evening. Burned 664 calories in 50 minutes!
Apparently the gym is no longer Bally's. Now it is called, "The Blast." Never heard of that one.

Today for teacher appreciation week there was a tantalizing variety of bagels. Refrained from the delicious bites, but with great dissatisfaction! I keep hearing bagels are unhealthy, but by looking at the nutritional facts, it seems that one little bagel or a 1/2 plain bagel really won't kill you. I'm not promoting them though. Lots of Carbs. I used to love eating them. Well, still do, but only in moderation or in a blue moon. Breads really make my stomach huge immediately as if it fills with air. Man...I want a bagel now! Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 boiled egg with 1/2 the egg yolk, green tea
Snack: apple slices
Early Lunch:1/2 ham and cheese sandwich (left over from yesterday's treat), orzo pasta from yesterday
Second Lunch: peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread, some plain Greek yogurt with raspberries, water
Dinner: salad with tomatoes, orange bell peppers, carrots, avacado, chicken. Broccoli on the side. water.
Snack: wedge of cantaloupe
