Day 213: Eat Crap and AGE!

Exercise: Worked until 7pm today. Missed SPIN class. Got home late and hungry. Really bummed because Spin class would've helped to prepare me for the 5K run on Saturday.
Do you slather cream on your face in hopes to look young? Ever thought of putting cucumbers over your eyes? No need for all that. It is all in the foods you eat. Check out this article about eating foods that make you age. Let's eat better foods and slow down the aging process! Aging Foods!

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup of oatmeal, green tea with mint.
Snack:
Lunch: 1/2 salmon, mixed veggies, pineapple, water
Snack: 1 slice of cheese pizza with veggies on top.
Snack 2: peanut butter crackers (packaged orange crackers). RATS!
Dinner: glutten free pasta with broccoli and mixed veggies, water, 1/2 grapefruit
(Still feel like eating. May eat something else, but it is late).
