Day 222 Belly Fat Quiz & Information

Exercise: Went to The Blast Gym and enjoyed Spin class on this rainy Saturday morning. Burned 664 calories in 50 minutes.

Since I left the gym this morning  I have felt strange. Constant hunger and a feeling of unrest or a little shakiness. Hard to describe. Ate the normal breakfast 2 hours before the gym workout. Ate as soon as I got home from the gym. Just wanted to eat everything in site. Finally just decided I really wanted a burger. Hence, the burger below. Devoured it. Felt better for a bit, but fell right back into the jittery feeling again soon after. Wonderfing if I didn't get enough sleep with all the storms last night or maybe a bit dehydrated due to losing my water bottle and not drinking enough water at the gym. Hoping I feel better tomorrow. Tired of being so sluggish today.

Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal wth water and vanilla soymilk, 1 boiled egg, green tea
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich with unsweetened cocoa in vanilla soy milk
Snack: salad with tuna on the side. Salad included yellow bell peppers, 1/4 avacado, 1/2 egg, carrot, sun dried tomatoes, few walnuts, 1/2 small orange slices, basil, thyme, little salt and pepper, 1. teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, water
Dinner: Red Robin bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries and water
Snack: 1 pear, water

Salad was delicious.

Took out the egg! Yuck. Don't be fooled. Even though you
see sweet potato fries, they are just as bad as regular
french fries because they are FRIED! Bad choice.
