Day 225 Texas BBQ: Grilling Burgers At Work

Exercise: Spin class today, but medium intensity only. Burned 554 calories. Still so sore from doing a bunch of leg lunges a couple days ago.

Our school grilled hamburgers for the staff for teacher appreciation week! How about this giant grill?


Parent Volunteers were kind enough to cook the burgers!

Also had lemonaid and chips

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, green tea, frozen blueberries
Snack: apple slices
Lunch: a grilled burger with tomato, lettuce and mayo, frito chips, lemonaid
Snack: lettuce wrap with a slice of cheese and a tomato inside of it
Early Dinner: several wontons, small salad with chicken, water
Spin class
Snack: cereal in vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, some walnuts
