Starting to see an improvement in leg muscles. Must be the elliptical machine and spin class. Want to work on my abs more. Raked leaves in the backyard. Burned 200 calories.
Breakfast: not hungry since we ate late. One boiled egg, green tea
Lunch: see below
Snack: no sugar hot chocolate with soy milk and one corn tortilla, slice of ham, mixed greens, 1/2 avacado.
Dinner: Pei Wei Asian Diner with Vince (See below)
Snack: Went to Starbucks and had their chocolate brownie. Premeditated decision.
Sweet potato with olive oil and some salt. Mixed veggies, chicken strips with spices. Water. |
Dinner: brown rice, chicken with sauce, carrots, snow peas, peanuts. |
