Some recipes for those of you out there interested in making some soups. I usually just google different soups. Bean soups are really healthy and delicious!
No Exercise due to second day of stiff neck and back. Getting better though.
Breakfast: corn tortilla, one egg, green tea
Snack: grapes and cherries, a second green tea
Lunch: small amount of left over mixed veggies with small chunks of chicken, left over pizza slice, water
Dinner: canned chicken potpie soup and salad, grapes and cherries, water
mixed greens, carrots, asparagus, tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, fetta cheese, olive oil |
