Snack: pumpkin spice cupcake with cream cheese frosting.
Lunch: 2 biscuts with turkey meat, small side salad, water
Snack: hot tea from the mall.
Just the beginning of the desserts.
Snack after dinner: cheese cake slices!
Feeling full and gross!
Seeing all the unhealthy foods I eat on my blog really helps me to get back
into the swing of making better food choices!
