Day 33 Blue Agave Instead of Sugar

 Had a meeting off campus and a box Chick-Fil-A lunch was provided. Chicken sandwich, greasy chips and a brownie with nuts on top. What can you do....gotta eat. I was disappointed in eating it since I'm trying so hard, but the sandwich sure tasted good.
 Snack: frozen peaches (microwave for about a minute), Greek plain yogurt, Agave and walnuts. Great fun snack.

Snack: my hot chocolate with no sugar, soy milk, vanilla extract.

 Blue agave is used in place of sugar. It doens't raise your blood sugar like sugar does. Beware of the amount you use if you are counting calories. 60 calories in one tablespoon so don't over do it. A little goes a long way.
Dinner: My hubby bought a million sweet potatoes again. Love them, but getting tired of them. Sweet potato (pop in the microwave and press potato). Amazing..perfect!
Salmon with spices, asparagus.

Late night hunger...butter sandwich and new cough medicine.
