Day 272 My Lasagna Recipe & Weeding

Exercise: Pulled out lots of weeds from the backyard for 2 hours.

Rained a great deal the last 3 days so the ground was perfect for pulling weeds. Still have a ways to go, but it was a start.

My Lasagna Recipe: Tried to make the lasagna a bit healthier. Used glutten free noodles, tomato sauce with only 3g of sugar (which was hard to find), lean turkey meat, lowfat cottage cheese, NO ricotta cheese, zucchini, and low fat mazzarella cheese. Broccoli and greenbeans on the side, water. Tastey! Now the trick is to not eat tons of it.



Layers: noodles, cottage cheese, turkey
meat, tomato sauce zucchini, repeat. Cheese on
the very top layer. Cook onions in the meat
and add basil, oregano, thyme for taste.


Don't forget to add the layer
of vegies. 


Lunch/Dinner
 Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, frozen blueberries, green tea
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit, few raw unsalted almonds, Special K granola bar.
(no time for lunch...busy weeding!)
Very Early Dinner: 4pm: Lasagna and veggies, water.
