Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 boiled egg, frozen blueberries, green tea
Lunch: salad with tomatoes, carrot, little feta cheese, mixed leafy greens, canned salmon, olive oil
Snack: plain Greek yogurt with organic strawberries, organic frozen blueberries, few almonds. Later: unsweetened cocoa in vanilla soymilk.
Dinner: salmon tacos on corn tortillas with mixed leafy greens, grape tomatoes, little cheese, salmon, basil, salt, olive oil. Small orange, water.
