Exercise: Climbed Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the tallest in America and the second tallest in the world. 257 steps to the top. Lots of walking on the NC beach.
Ate the best I could today. Made pretty good choices. Lots of walking at Caper Hatteras today. Very hot...100 degress and 90s on the beach. North Carolina coast was really beautiful. Back on the road in about 10 minutes. No time to really post much today. Better pics to post later....on Vince's phone.
