Day 273

Exercise: Did the Spin bike 15 minutes at the gym and arm weights at home for 15 minutes, abs.

Had the most delicious red plums from Costco today! Never really cared for plums until I ate these! Yum!

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 bowl oatmeal, green tea
Lunch: homemade lasangna (the healthier way), broccoli, water
Snack: vanilla soymilk with unsweeted cocoa.
Snack: 2 delicious plums, water
Snack: Special K granola bar
Dinner: sweet potato, mixed beans, quinoa, little left over turkey meat with onions, small chicken tender, tomatoes and cucumbers, water
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner
